If your Zzoomm broadband bill is higher or lower than you expected, we understand you’ll want to know why. Most bill changes are easy to explain, and this guide will help you check what may have changed and what to do next.
Your monthly amount may be different from usual for a few common reasons:
- A promotional price or discount may have ended.
- You may have changed your plan, contract or billing date part way through the month, which can mean your bill includes charges for part of the month. This is sometimes called a pro rata charge.
- If you recently changed your broadband package, speed or price, your bill may be slightly higher or lower while the change is applied.
- If you asked us to change your billing date, your bill may cover more days than usual. This should only affect the first bill after the change. After that, your bill should return to your agreed monthly amount.
- If a previous payment was missed or failed, it may be included on your next bill.
To understand what has changed, please check page two of your bill. This gives a full breakdown of your charges and the dates they apply to. It can also help to compare this with your previous bill.
If you’ve checked page two and still have questions, please get in touch. To help us look into this quickly, please include:
- The amount you were charged.
- The amount you expected to pay.
- Anything else that may help us understand the issue.
Our support team will review your account and, if anything needs correcting, we’ll make sure any credit or adjustment is applied and your future bills are set up correctly.
