Making a payment

A valid Direct Debit is required for your Zzoomm broadband account. If your Direct Debit has failed for any reason, you can still make a quick payment—just give us a call or send us an email and we’ll send you a payment link.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and once you’ve paid, it will show on your account within 1 working day.

Please note: if you’re waiting for an account suspension to be lifted after making a payment, this can take up to an hour.

To avoid delays or needing to make manual payments in future, please make sure your Direct Debit is set up on your account. You can do this anytime via your account portal.

  • Once you've set it up we can also arrange for payments to be taken on a date that suits you to help you budget
