Direct Debit is the most simple and convenient way to pay your broadband bill. It means you no longer have to worry about missed payments, or manually payments each month, freeing up your time.
Setting up your direct debit is easy.
All you need to do is visit your Zzoomm Account portal and add in the amended details.

If you don't already have an account
Click "Register".
- Enter the email address you signed up with – click send instructions.
- This will send you a verification email, with a link to set your password
- Once entered click reset password; you'll be taken back to the login page and can now login.
- Once you have logged in you can see details of your plan, your account number, and invoices going forward. You can also manage your profile, password, and update your Direct Debit details.
You can select your preferred date and once you have provided all the details we'll set your direct debit up- making future payments effortless!
