We'd hope you wouldn't need to, but, if you do need to return your equipment then please do so following the steps below.
- As soon as your service ends, please return your Zzoomm equipment (Routers, Mesh) within 30 days of closing the account using the packaging we will send you on notification of closure.
- Please note there is a charge for the items if they are not returned to us within 30 days of account closure. We do advise you keep a copy of the tracking number / receipt of postage for reference.
- In the unlikely event you do not receive a return package please contact our team so this can be sent directly.
