Moving home can be really exciting, but there's also so much to remember and factor in, including checking that we can provide our game changing Zzoomm broadband at your new address!
So first things first, check your new post code on our availability checker below to see whether our broadband is available at the new property.
Yes- Zzoomm broadband is available at my new address.
Great news! We're so glad your Zzoomm journey can continue with us.
So what happens next?
Step 1- Get in touch with our friendly team and let us know your new address and your moving date. Include the date leaving the old property and the date you're moving into the new property.
Step 2- Our friendly team will book your move date in to the system.
Step 3- On the big day we will disconnect the broadband at your existing property and connect you up at your new property. Depending on whether Full Fibre is already installed there, what happens next may differ.
-If the property already has Full Fibre installed then we will arrange to migrate the services over.
-If there property doesn't already have Full Fibre installed we will need to arrange for our engineers to come out and install the broadband for you.
Don't worry, we will keep you informed every step of the way!
Step 4- We need to create a new account when we move you. This might mean you get some pro rata billing for your first bill
No - Zzoomm broadband is not available at my new address.
Oh what a shame. Unfortunately, if Zzoomm isn't available at your new address yet you will need to cancel your services with us.
If you're out of contract please call one of our friendly team who will be able to talk you through switching to another provider.
If you're still in contract with us, give us a call and we can talk through what this means for you.
