Setting up your 360 router

Setting up your Hub router is straightforward. Follow the steps below and you should be connected in just a few minutes.

Step 1 – Position your router

Place your router close to your fibre modem, also known as an ONT. For the best Wi-Fi signal, keep it in an open, raised position and away from cupboards or large electrical equipment.

Step 2 – Connect the Ethernet cable

Connect the supplied Ethernet cable from the fibre modem/ONT to the WAN port on your router. Make sure it is secure at both ends.

Step 3 – Connect the power

Connect the supplied power adapter to your router, then plug it into a power socket.

Step 4 – Switch on your router

Press the power button, then allow 1–2 minutes for your router to start up.

Step 5 – Check the light

When the light on the front turns white, your router is connected and ready to use.
Connecting your devices to Wi-Fi

You’ll find the default Wi-Fi network name and password on the label on the back of your router.

  1. Open the Wi-Fi settings on your device.
  2. Select the network name shown on the router label.
  3. Enter the Wi-Fi password from the label.

 Accessing your Hub settings

You can log in to your router to view or change settings, including your Wi-Fi details and Guest Wi-Fi.

  1. Make sure your phone, tablet or computer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
  2. Open a web browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
  3. Enter 192.168.50.1 in the address bar.
  4. When prompted, enter the last six characters of the router’s serial number. You’ll find this on the label on the back.

Having trouble getting connected?

If the light does not turn white after setup, check that:

  • The Ethernet cable is secure at both ends.
  • The power cable is connected securely.
  • The fibre modem/ONT is switched on.
  • You have allowed a few minutes for startup.

If you're still unable to connect, please get in touch and let us know what colour the light on your Hub is showing.
