Zzoomm Home Phone includes helpful call features that let you manage incoming calls, forward calls to another number or voicemail, and control calls from withheld numbers. You can turn these features on or off by dialling the short codes below from your Zzoomm Home Phone handset.
Access your voicemail
To access your voicemail, dial:
- 1571
Forward all incoming calls to another number
Use this feature if you want every incoming call to go straight to another number.
- Dial *72 to activate, then input the number you wish the call to be forwarded to, at all times
- Dial *73 to de-activate this setting and receive incoming calls
- Dial *21* to forward calls to another number (interrogate).
Forward calls to another number if you do not answer
Use this feature if you want incoming calls to forward to another number only when you do not answer.
- Dial *92 to activate, then input the number you wish for the call to be forwarded to
- Dial *93 to de-activate
- Dial *61* to forward calls to another number (interrogate).
Forward unanswered calls to voicemail
Use this feature if you want unanswered calls to go to your voicemail recording.
- Dial *41 to activate
- Dial #41 to de-activate.
Reject calls from withheld numbers
When this feature is switched on, calls from withheld numbers will not connect to your Zzoomm Home Phone service. The caller will hear a message explaining that the number is not accepting calls from withheld numbers.
- Dial *77 to activate anonymous call rejection
- Dial *87 to de-activate anonymous call rejection
- Dial *52* to find out the current status (interrogate) of the anonymous call rejection feature.
Withhold your number for one call
If you want to withhold your number for one call, dial 141 before entering the phone number you want to call.
