To watch live (ITV channels only), on-demand and catch-up content on your Zzoomm Puck, you need to sign into the player app for each broadcaster (BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, and U). All of the Freely channel player apps are easily accessible via the Home page.
Each player app uses its own separate login details. If you don't have an account, you will need to create one first.
BBC iPlayer
1. Open the BBC iPlayer app - easily located from the Home page.
2. The app will display a short Activation Code (e.g., S7R9).
3. On a mobile phone, tablet, or computer, go to bbc.co.uk/account/tv (or scan the QR code) and sign in to your BBC account.
4. Enter the Activation Code displayed on your TV screen into the website.
5. Your BBC iPlayer app will automatically refresh and sign you in.
ITVX
1. Open the ITVX app.
2. Navigate to a show you'd like to watch, select it and play an episode. You'll be prompted to sign in.
3. On a mobile phone, tablet, or computer, go to itv.com/pair (or scan the QR code) and sign in to your ITVX account. If you don't have an account, enter your email address and create a password to proceed.
4. Enter the Activation Code displayed on your TV screen into the website.
5. You can now resume watching your selected episode.
Channel 4 (formerly All4)
1. Open the Channel 4 app.
2. Navigate to a show you'd like to watch, select it and select SIGN IN TO PLAY.
3. On a mobile phone, tablet, or computer, go to channel4.com/code (or scan the QR code) and sign in to your Channel 4 account. If you don't have an account, enter your email address and create a password to proceed.
4. Enter the Activation Code displayed on your TV screen into the website.
5. You can now resume watching your selected episode.
5 (formerly My5)
1. Open the 5 app.
2. Select Accept All on privacy settings page.
3. Select Sign in or Create Account.
4. On a mobile phone, tablet, or computer, go to channel5.com/activate (or scan the QR code) and sign in to your 5 account. If you don't have an account, select Register towards the top of the website (to the right of Sign in).
5. Enter the Activation Code displayed on your TV screen into the website.
U (formerly UKTV Play)
Open the U app.
Navigate to a show you'd like to watch & select it.
Select Sign in to watch, followed by Sign in or register.
On a mobile phone, tablet, or computer, go to u.co.uk/activate (or scan the QR code), select Sign in if you already have a U account or select Register if you don't.
Upon signing in or successful registration, enter the Activation Code displayed on your TV screen into the website.
You can now resume watching.
Forgot Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password for any player app, you must visit that player's official website (e.g., itv.com or channel4.com) on a mobile phone or computer and use the Forgot Password or Reset Password option. We do not hold your individual app passwords.
