Contract Buy out

Stuck in a contract with your current provider? Want to leave but high exit fees are making you feel trapped? We're here to help!

Dependent on the package you select you could get reimbursed up to £300 in cash towards exit fees from your old provider.

Eligibility

• In order to be eligible for the contract buyout scheme, you must have a minimum of one month remaining on your existing contract with your current provider.
• From registration, you have up to 90 days to complete your Contract Buyout claim by uploading your final bill showing the early termination fee.

How does it work?

Step 1-  Sign up to your Zzoomm package over the phone, on our website or with one of our friendly field sales agents. Fill out the Contract buy out application. This MUST be done the same day you place your order. 

Step 2- Cancel with your current provider.

Step 3-  Upload proof of your early termination fee from your current provider via our online form here 

Step 4-  Get reimbursed by us. This can take up to 60 days after your connection goes live. 

When will I get reimbursed?

The following steps have to be completed for you get your reward.

• You have signed up to your Zzoomm package
• Your service has been installed
• You've paid your first bill
• You've cancelled your previous supplier and uploaded the final bill showing your early termination fee. 
• This can take up to 60 days. The cash reimbursement amount can then be paid into a UK bank account or a PayPal account.

Now for all the legal stuff.

• To be eligible for the Zzoomm Contract Buyout scheme, you must generate a claim form on the day of order.
• The Zzoomm Contract Buyout scheme cannot be combined with the Zzoomm Refer-a-Friend scheme.
• The Zzoomm Contract Buyout scheme is available on Zzoomm 12-month and 24-month contracts.
• Claim forms must be submitted within 90 days of generating the form.
• The Contract Buyout scheme reimbursement amount is dependent upon the Zzoomm product that you choose (up to £100 on 200, up to £150 on 500, up to £200 on 1000, up to £300 on 2300 packages) and dependent upon the amount your current provider charges you for leaving your contract early e.g. if you choose Be1000 and your Early Termination Fee (ETF) with your current provider is £107 then we will reimburse you £107, if the ETF is £285 we will only reimburse you £200.
• The cash reimbursement amount can be paid into a UK bank account or a PayPal account.
• The validation period for compensation payment is up to 60 days from sale being installed. Customer must have had Zzoomm services installed, paid first bill and cleared the cooling-off period before funds will be transferred.
• The Zzoomm Contract Buyout scheme can be withdrawn at any time
