Compatability with TV models

We have tested the Zzoomm Puck with over 100 TV brands and models, and most are fully compatible. However, a small number of older or specific models are incompatible relating to the HDMI connection standard (HDMI-CEC).        
        
If you experience problems with the puck being detected, or if your TV remote cannot control the puck, please check this list:        
        
A. HDMI Incompatibility (Requires Alternative Cable)        
        
If your TV is one of the models below, your puck may not be detected using the supplied HDMI cable. You may need to purchase and use a different HDMI 2.1 cable instead.        
 

B. Partial or Incompatible HDMI-CEC (Control Issues)        
        
The models below may have issues with the HDMI-CEC feature, which is the link that allows one remote (like your TV remote) to control both devices (the TV and the puck).        
        
If you own one of these models, the following functions may not work correctly:        
        
The puck and TV may not power on/off simultaneously.        
TV volume control may not be possible using the puck's remote.        
The TV remote may not be able to navigate the puck's interface.
